Combining washed, fully caffeinated Peruvian Arabica beans with naturally decaffeinated Mexican coffee — decaffeinated using the Mountain Water process to preserve flavour — this blend delivers balance, sweetness, and depth in every cup.

Roasted to a smooth medium dark profile, it offers a creamy body with soft acidity and an easy-drinking character that works beautifully throughout the day. Expect comforting tasting notes of toasted barley, dried prune sweetness, and smooth nougat, creating a cup that's mellow, rich, and exceptionally approachable.

Full Character, Half the Caffeine

Half Caf brings together two distinctive Latin American origins. The fully caffeinated half comes from Peru, where coffee is grown across high-altitude valleys and remote Andean communities, often on small family-run farms shaped by dramatic terrain and cooler mountain conditions.

The decaffeinated half is our single-estate Mexican coffee from Veracruz, gently processed using the Mountain Water method to remove caffeine while preserving the coffee’s original character.

Together, they create a true meeting of two origins - Peruvian altitude and Mexican mountain water, blended for a naturally lower-caffeine cup.
