Experience the bright, vibrant flavour of our Single Origin Colombia Coffee Beans, carefully sourced from smallholder farms in the Huila department of southern Colombia. Grown at high altitudes and nurtured in rich volcanic soil, these beans are celebrated for their smooth balance, lively acidity, and beautifully layered taste.

Roasted to bring out the best of Colombia's natural character, this coffee offers delicious notes of sweet citrus, caramel, and soft red fruits, finished with a clean, silky mouthfeel. It works wonderfully as a straight espresso or as a V-60 drip filter brew, and just as comfortably as a long pour on the French press — a versatile cup that works equally well black or with milk.

Perfect for coffee lovers who enjoy a cup that's both refreshing and full of flavour, Colombia beans deliver a consistently satisfying experience from the first sip to the last.

BEHIND THE ORIGIN

From the Volcanic Slopes of Huila

Huila is one of Colombia's most celebrated coffee regions, set high in the country's southwestern mountains. The area's distinctive cup is shaped by altitude, volcanic soil and a climate that asks more of the cherry than most origins demand.

Our lot is graded Excelso with European Preparation — a strict sorting standard that ensures clean, uniform beans in every bag. Combined with Huila's high-altitude growing conditions, this delivers a cup of layered sweetness: bright citrus, ripe red berries and a soft caramel undertone, all lifted by a clean, lively acidity.

The result is a coffee that feels both vibrant and balanced — versatile enough for a refined pour-over, yet bright and characterful enough to hold its own as a straight espresso.
