From the Women of Ituze

Rwanda's high-altitude coffee country has earned a quiet reputation for vibrant, refined cups — shaped as much by the people growing the coffee as by the land itself. Our lot is sourced from Ituze Women's Cooperative, a producer group where women take the lead on cultivation and processing.

Cherries are carefully hand-picked and processed, with the cooperative's attention to detail giving the coffee its distinctive clarity — bright red-berry and citrus notes, layered with caramel sweetness and finished with a clean, refined acidity. It's a cup that's elegant and complex.

The result is a coffee that shines in a pour-over or filter brew, where its brightness and structure can take centre stage — and one that holds its own beautifully as a sweet, fruit-forward espresso.
