Inside Hacienda Monte Cristo

Honduras has become one of Central America's most reliable coffee origins, with high-altitude growing country and a deep bench of single estates producing distinctive lots. Our lot comes from one of them: Hacienda Monte Cristo, set in the country's mountain terrain.

The estate's high-altitude setting gives the cherries time to ripen slowly and evenly, while traditional processing preserves the cup's natural sweetness. The result is a coffee of warm chocolate and caramel notes, lifted by gentle roasted-nut character and a clean, mellow finish.

Smooth and easy to enjoy, this is a coffee that holds its own as a balanced espresso or as a satisfying everyday filter brew — quietly consistent from the first sip to the last.
