From the Heights of Tarrazú

Tarrazú is Costa Rica's most celebrated coffee region, set high in the country's central mountains. The sub-regions of San Marcos and San Pablo sit among the highest coffee-growing terrain in the country, where steep slopes, rich volcanic soil and a sharply defined wet-and-dry season shape the character of every cherry.

Slow, even ripening at altitude gives the coffee its signature clarity — a clean, honeyed sweetness lifted by bright citrus and soft stone fruit, with a silky mouthfeel and a crisp finish. It's a cup that rewards a lighter, more delicate brew.
